Medina Deck Builders is a referral service for deck building in Medina, Ohio and nearby Medina County communities. It is not a construction company and does not employ carpenters or crews.
How are requests handled?
When you send the form, your request goes to a local deck builder who serves your area. That contractor contacts you, visits the property, quotes the work and, if you agree, builds it. Pricing, scheduling, permits and any warranties are agreed between you and the contractor.
What sources does this site use for code and permit details?
Code and permit details come from public sources: the 2019 Residential Code of Ohio as published in the Ohio Administrative Code, Medina County Building Department handouts and building regulations, the City of Medina's deck construction guide, township, village and city zoning pages and resolutions, OHIO811, and census and geography figures reported on Wikipedia. Rules change, so confirm the details with your building and zoning offices before you build.
